Paying for your order
After you have selected your item/s you will need to click on ‘My Cart’ or ‘Checkout’ to confirm and pay for your order. Once you click through to pay you will be asked to provide your email address, which is required for all orders. If you have purchased from us before or created an account, you can sign in on this page, just click the yellow 'Log In' text.
Please provide an accurate address, our system will auto-populate registered New Zealand addresses as you type - we suggest you select from the drop-down list for accuracy.
Payments can be made by MasterCard, Visa Card, PayPal, American Express and now Apple & Google Pay.
After your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation page that you can save, to get order updates and track your order in the future. You can also add a mobile number here to receive order tracking by SMS.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been processed, apart from the Thank You screen that you can save the URL, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive the email within 5-10 minutes, please check your junk/spam folder as that sort of email can be grabbed by spam filters.
You will also receive an email notification once your order has been posted.
Tracking of orders can also be viewed using ‘My Account’ on our website or by revisiting the Thank You page URL mentioned above.
Out of stock items
Any items that are out of stock will be displayed on that particular product on the website. If for any reason the item runs out of stock before being displayed you will be notified and arrangements will be made to refund or exchange your item/s.
