Every product on our website has a live stock status and is updated regularly - so you can be confident that the item you order is in stock and will arrive on time*. We do sell on several platforms including TradeMe so sometimes there can be a slight delay in updating stock sold on different channels.
All orders within New Zealand over $50 in product value are entitled to free shipping.
Shipping time will vary depending on your location. Please allow between 3-10 business days to receive your item/s. Please note occasionally there may be delays however if this does occur we will be in contact to advise when to expect delivery.
We use Post Haste Couriers or NZ Couriers Service to ship your item/s to you. You will be able to track your order through “My Account’ on our website and you will also receive an email confirmation once your item/s have been shipped.
Return and Exchange Policy
We do accept a return of items within 7 days of purchase if they are unused and still in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the return to us. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We will notify you once we have received and processed the returned item and advise you of our next course of action within 7 days.
We will also accept an exchange of item due to wrong size or colour etc, however you must return the item with its original packaging and the tags still attached within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange the return to us. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept returns on sale items, unless there is a fault.
Errors & Omissions, Limits
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. *Errors on product data can happen and will be corrected where identified and Outdoor eStore reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit/debit card has been charged. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Outdoor eStore will issue a credit to your credit card/PayPal account in the amount of the charge.
We also reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to refuse sales, to resellers.
