Shipping

All stock on our store is updated daily across different sales channels so it is accurate to within a few hours. It is vary rare that we no longer have an item in stock. Occasionally, rarely, when we physically check an item before shipping we could find its not complete or warrantable, in which case we would notify you of a delay immediately.

Most orders are shipped the day of order, subject to payments clearing our account§.

All orders are shipped from our New Zealand warehouse, in Wakatipu, we do NOT drop ship from suppliers. We have an additional warehouse in Australia, and occasionally ship from there if we have a stock issue in NZ or customers require more stock than we have in New Zealand. We do not charge additional freight if fulfilled from Australia.

If a products ships from our Australian warehouse, we will clearly indicate this on the product page, it's sometimes necessary due to stock supply.

We ship orders using NZ Couriers or Post Haste services as we find they give reliable parcel tracking and allows us to pick the most cost effective service depending on parcel size and delivery location. If appropriate we may also use New Zealand Post.

Bulky Items

Some items such as bouldering crash pads are oversized and cannot be shipped by normal services. A 'bulky item surcharge' will be applied to your order if it is applicable. The bulky item surcharge is $160.00.

Return and Exchange Policy

We do accept a return of items within 7 days of purchase if they are unused and still in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us at service@outdoorestore.co.nz to arrange the return to us. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

We will notify you once we have received and processed the returned item and advise you of our next course of action within 7 days.

We will also accept an exchange of item due to wrong size or colour etc, however you must return the item with its original packaging and the tags still attached within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us at service@outdoorestore.co.nz to arrange the return to us. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns/exchanges on sale items, unless there is a fault, and several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
  • Intimate/base layer clothing i.e. underwear
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • PPE/Life Support items i.e. harnesses, ropes, slings, helmets, etc

Errors & Omissions, Limits

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. *Errors on product data can happen and will be corrected where identified and Outdoor eStore reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit/debit card has been charged. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Outdoor eStore will issue a credit to your credit card/PayPal account in the amount of the charge.

We also reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to refuse sales, to resellers.
